    Öz

    Türkiye uzunca bir süredir yeni bir anayasa yapmayı tartışıyor. Sivil toplum örgütleri, yeni anayasaya dair taleplerini sürekli kamuoyunun gündemine taşırken toplum, yeni anayasadan ülkenin kadim sorunlarını çözmek için gerekli demokratik zemini oluşturmasını bekliyor. Hiç şüphesiz, Yeni Anayasa ile çözümü konusunda ilerleme kat edilmesi gereken konulardan biri de Kürt meselesidir. Bu yazıda Kürt sorununun temel tartışma konularından biri olan “anadil” meselesi tartışılmaktadır.

    Abstract

    Turkey has been discussing making a new constitution for a long time. While non-governmental organizations present to the public opinion their demands concerning a new constitution, the society expects the formation of a democratic ground for the new constitution to solve the ancient problems of the country. Undoubtedly one of the issues needs to be solved through the new constitution is the Kurdish problem. In this study the subject of “mother language”, one of the main controversial topics of the Kurdish problem will be discussed.
