    Özet

    Medine Vesikası Asr-ı saadet’in en mucizevi işlerinden biridir. Söz konusu vesika, Medine’de farklı dini ve etnik sosyal bloklar arasında imzalanan, zamanın aktüel şartlarında dönemsel, ancak ruhu ve kurucu ilkeleri yönüyle evrensel ve zamanlar üstü özelliklere sahiptir. Bu yönüyle vesika’nın hükümlerinden hareketle bir takım soyutlama ve genellemeler yaparak bugün için referans olacak bazı kurucu ilkeler elde edilebilir ve son tahlilde çoğulcu bir toplumsal projeye dayanak gösterilebilir. Bu çalışmada Medine vesika’sının tarihi değerinden ve tecrübesinden hareketle günümüzün çoğulcu toplumsal projelerine nasıl dayanak oluşturabileceği araştırılmaktadır.

    Abstract

    The Document of Medina is one of the miraculous affairs of the Era of Bliss. That document was agreed and signed among the different religious, ethnic and social groups in Medina; though it was periodical in the actual conditions of the time, it has universal and timeless features in terms of its spirit and founding principles. After doing some abstractions and generalizations based on the judgments in the document, we may deduce some founding principles as references for today and manifest it asa hasis fora social and pluralistic project in the final analysis. This study investigates
    how the Document of Medina, due to its historical value and experience can become a hasis for the pluralistic social projects of our time.
