    Özet

    Türkiye’nin ve Ortadoğu’nun geleceği ile İslam’ın geleceği sıkı sıkıya birbirine bağlı bulunmaktadır. Osmanlı’yı Ortadoğu’ya dönüştüren etki sistemi, İslam toplumlarının dayanışma bağlamı değişimi olduğu gibi, Türkiye’nin ve Ortadoğu’nun geleceği de, dayanışma bağlamı değişimi ile yakından ilgilidir. Sykes-Picot Düzeni ile dayanışma bağlamı ulus kimliğine indirgenen İslam dünyası, yeni değişim sürecinde iki seçenekle karşı karşıyadır: Ulus ve ulus altı kimlikler bağlamında çatışan ve birbirinin şerrinden statüko güçlerine sığınan küçük topluluklar olarak kalmak. … Veya İslam dayanışması bağlamında küresel bir aktör olarak tarih sahnesine yeniden çıkmayı başarmak. … Bu ikinci seçenek, İslam dünyasının akademik bir akla ve entelektüel bir temsile sahip olmasına bağlı bulunuyor. Risale-i Nur’un bu keyfiyette bir akıl olduğunu iddia ediyorsak, bu aklı, entelektüel ve akademik düzeyde temsil etmekten sorumlu bulunuyoruz. Makalemizde, Risale-i Nur’un bu anlamda, Ortadoğu’nun geçmişi, bugünü ve geleceğine dair bir okuma denemesi yapılmıştır.

    Abstract

    The future of Turkey and of the Middle East is closely dependent on the future of Islam. The influential system that turned the Ottomans into the Middle East is at the same time the factor that changed the solidarity context of the Muslim communities. Therefore the future ofTurkey and the Middle East is also closely related to the change in the s~Iidarity context. The Muslirn World whose solidarity context has been reduced to national identity by the Sykes-Picot Agreement faces two choices in the new changing course. Either to stay as small communities who conflict with each
    other in the context nation and sub-nation identities and who take refuge in the powers of status quo to evade each other’s harms or to be able to appear on the historical scene as a global actor in the context of Islarnic solidarity. The second choice depends on the Muslirn World’s possessing an academic mind andan intellectual representation. If we d aim that Risale-i Nur has the quality of such a mind, then we are to assume the responsibility of representing that mind at an intellectual and academic level. In this essay we attempt to figure out a comprehension of the past, present and future of the Middle East from the Risale-i Nur in this sense.
