Köprü’nün 143. sayısında insanlığın günümüz meselelerine çözümler sunarken aynı zamanda geleceğe ışık tutan birbirinden değerli çalışmalar ile huzurunuzdayız. Dergimizde toplam on çalışma yer almaktadır. 9 makale ve “cihad” hakkında Risale-i Nur’dan seçme metinler yer almaktadır.

İlk makale İbrahim Kaygusuz tarafından kaleme alınan “Nur Hareketinde Kimlik ve Söylem Tartışmaları” başlıklı yazıdır. Makalede kimlik ve söylem kavramları tanımlanarak Türkiye’nin büyük dinî gruplarından biri olan Risale-i Nur hareketinin kimliğinin Said Nursi’nin söylemleri ve Risale-i Nur metinleri etrafında şekillendiği ifade edilmektedir. Bununla birlikte Said Nursi’nin kimlik oluşturucu söylemlerinin kısmen kendi kitlesince çoğu zaman da diğer Müslüman kitlelerce anlaşılamadığına dikkat çekmektedir. Said Nursi’nin anlaşılmayan söylemlerinin başında Asr-ı Saadeti model alarak geliştirdiği tebliğ dili ve siyasetle ilgili duruşu nazara verilmektedir.

İshak Özgel, “Risale-i Nuru Anlama ve Yorumlamaya Dair Mülahazalar” isimli makalesiyle yer almaktadır. Risale-i Nur metinlerinin hak ettiği şekilde anlaşıldığını söylemenin güç olduğuna değinen Özgel, anlamanın önündeki birtakım engellere değinmektedir.

Mehmet Kaplan “Bediüzzaman Said Nursi’nin Tefekküründe İhtilaf Ahlakı” isimli makalesiyle yer almaktadır. Said Nursi’nin ihtilaf anlayışı, ihtilafa yaklaşımı ve dinî grupların ihtilafına bakışı üzerinden ortaya koyduğu ihtilaf ahlakı üzerine odaklanmaktır.

We are in the presence of you with valuable articles which offer solutions to the current issues of humanity, while shedding light on the future in the number 143 of Köprü/Bridge journal. There are a total of ten works in our journal. There are nine articles and selected passages of “jihad” from Risale-i Nur.

Our initial article is an article titled “Discussions on Identity and Discourse in the Nur Movement” which is written by İbrahim Kaygusuz. In this study, by defining the concepts of identity and discourse, it is stated that the identity of the Risale-i Nur movement, which is one of Turkey’s largest religious group is shaped around the discourses of Said Nursi and Risale-i Nur texts. In addition to this, it is pointed out that Said Nursi’s identity-forming discourses are not understood partially by his own audience and often by other Muslim audiences. Among Said Nursi’s incomprehensible discourses, his attitude towards politics and the language of communication developed by taking Golden Age (Asr-ı Saadet) as a model is foremost.

İshak Özgel takes part with the article entitled “Considerations on Understanding and Interpreting Risale-i Nur”. Pointing out that it is difficult to say that Risale-i Nur texts are understood in the way that they deserve, Özgel touches on some of the obstacles to understanding. In this article, by analysing the current situation, it is aimed to confront questions and problems, and offers are made for solutions.

Mehmet Kaplan takes part with the article entitled “The Ethics of Disagreement of Bediüzzaman Said Nursi”. Said Nursi’s understanding of disagreement, his approach to disagreement and the ethics of disagreement through the view of religious groups in disagreement are focused on. It is stated that Nursi does not reject “disagreement” completely and that he forms the basis of the ethics of disagreement by drawing attention to its positive and negative aspects. It is shown that negative disagreement will continue unless the positive disagreement is accepted.

Çetin Kaska with the article entitled “Kara Şemsî and Persian Mesnevi” gives information about the works of Kara Şemsî, who is the Mevlevi sheik, poet and sufi. It is stated that Şemsî is influenced by Mevlânâ and his Mesnevi both in his Persian mesnevi and in his Turkish divan. The poems from his Persian mesnevi are presented and translated. In this mesnevi, Kara Şemsî speaks of Allah, the prophets, the four caliphs, the virtue of praying, the Karbala incident and the martyrs there.

Bilal Sambur with the article entitled “Old Age: Towards Rebirth and Eternal Youth” states that Said Nursi points outs that old age is not an end but a period of
spiritual maturation and development in Booklet for the Old. He analyses the situation that can be expressed as “the spirituality of old age” in Booklet for the Old.

Vehbi Kara with the article entitled “Racism Disease and Solutions” draws attention to the disease and provides solutions by presenting that one of the greatest diseases of the 20th century is racism/nationalism.

Mehmet Abidin Kartal with the article entitled “If Humanity Wants Peace, They Must Cross Zakat Bridge” speaks of the truth of prayer and zakat. He underlines that it is necessary to cross the zakat bridge to build bridges of heart. He says “Would you like to cross Sırat Bridge (as-sirāt), then build bridges of heart and cross Zakat Bridge”.

Maruf Özülkü with the article entitled “Humans Worry” seeks an answer to the question, “Is there a way to live life without fear?” and makes an introduction to the issue of how to live healthy with the phenomenon called “worry”.

Ergün Yıldırım takes part with the article entitled “Social History of Jihad” and finally, there is the text that we prepared for “Jihad in Risale-i Nur” content.
While leaving you with articles, we hope to be in the presence of you with the subsequent issues.
