    Öz

    İnsan mutlu olmak isteyen ve bunun için de mutluluğu arayan bir varlıktır. Mutlu olmak hakkı insanın en doğal insan hakkıdır. İnsanın mutlu olmasını sağlayacak temel değer adalettir. Kendisine adaletle muamele edildiğine ikna olan kişi, kendisini kolaylıkla mutlu hisseder. Hayattaki birçok mutsuzluğun sebebi zulümdür. Zulüm bu dünyadaki ve ahiretteki mutsuzluğun kaynağı iken adalet ise bu dünyada ve ahirette saadete götüren temel değerdir. Bu yazıda adalet olmadan saadetin imkânsız olduğu tezi işlenmektedir.

    Abstract

    Human beings are creatures that want happiness and therefore they seek happiness. Happiness is the most basic human right. The basic thing that will make people happy is justice. The person who is convinced that he is being treated with justice easily feels happy. Cruelty is the cause of unhappiness in life. While cruelty is the source of unhappiness in this world and the hereafter, justice is the fundamental value that leads to happiness in this world and the hereafter. In this article, we have dealt with the thesis that happiness is impossible without justice.
