    Öz

    Neşatî 17. yüzyıl klasik Türk şiirinin önemli isimlerinden biri olup bazı özellikleriyle de Hint üslûbunun temsilcilerindendir. Naat ve Mevlana methiyelerinden sonra döneminin padişahlarına ve başta sadrazam olmak üzere devlet yöneticilerine ve bazı dostlarına yazdığı kasidelerdeki beyit sayısı gazelleriyle hemen hemen denktir. Kasidelerinde Nef’î tesirinde olan şair bazı fahriyelerinde Nef’î’yi geçtiğini iddia etmiş, aynı iddiayı bazı İran şairleri hakkında da ileri sürmüştür. Kasidelerin nesip bölümleri, şairlerin bilgi ve görgülerini, şiir konusundaki hünerlerini sergilemeleri bakımından önemlidir. Bu yazıda Neşatî’nin divanında yer alan kasidelerinin nesip bölümleri incelenmektedir. Yazıdan amaç şairin methiye türünde nelere dikkat ettiğini, neleri anlattığını ve nasıl tasvirler yaptığını tespit etmek, kasideciliğinin nesiplere yansıyan özelliklerini belirlemektir.

    Abstract

    Neşatî is one of the important names of the 17th century classical Turkish poetry and is one of the representatives of the Indian style with some features. The number of couplets in the odes he wrote to the sultans of his time, especially the grand vizier, and some of his friends, after the eulogies of Naat and Mevlana, is almost equal to his ghazalsThe poet, who was under the influence of Nef’î in his odes, claimed that he passed Nef’î in some of his honors, and he put forward the same claim about some Iranian poets. The prophecy sections of the eulogies are important in terms of exhibiting the knowledge and manners of the poets and their skills in poetry. In this article, the nesip parts of the qasidas in Neşati’s divan are examined. The study reveals the features of the poet’s eulogy reflected on the nesips by determining what he pays attention to, what he tells and how he describes it.
