    Öz

    17. yüzyıl Hint üslubunun önemli temsilcilerinden olan Neşâtî Ahmed Dede, divanında klasik şiir geleneği içinde duygu ve düşüncelerini başarı ile ifade eden bir şair olarak edebiyatımızdaki yerini almıştır. Şiirleri hem kendi döneminde hem de Cumhuriyet dönemine kadar beğenilmiş, takdir edilmiştir. Şiirlerinde mensup olduğu dini ve tarikatı öğretmek, propagandasını yapmak gibi bir tavır sergilememiş, estetik çerçeveden taşmamıştır. Şiirlerinde çağının edebî anlayışı sınırları içinde kalmış olduğu görülür. Şiir dünyasında klasik edebiyatımızın genel anlayışı içinde kalmıştır. Bu çalışmada Neşâtî’nin şiir dünyasını gösteren bazı örneklere yer verilmiştir.

    Abstract

    Neşati Ahmed Dede, one of the important representatives of the 17th century Indian style, has taken his place in our literature as a poet who successfully expresses his
    feelings and thoughts within the tradition of classical poetry in his divan. His poems were admired and appreciated both in his own period and until the Republican period. In his poems, he did not behave like teaching the religion and cult he belonged to, making propaganda, and did not go beyond the aesthetic framework. In his poems, it is seen that he remained within the limits of the literary understanding of his age. In the world of poetry, he remained within the general understanding of our classical literature. In this article, some examples showing Neşati’s world of poetry are given.
