    Öz

    Bizde siyasal iktidarın ya da ideolojilerin meşruiyetine hizmet eden araçların başında gelen eğitim anlayışı ve uygulamaları üzerinde düşünülmesi gereken bazı temel sorunlara işaret etmektedir. Eğitim bilgiyi üretmekle neyi amaçlamaktadır? Kâinat ve insan bağlamında bu bilgi nasıl bir model üretecektir? Nasıl bir toplum tahayyül edilmektedir? Devlet erki eğitimin neresinde ne kadar yer almalıdır? Gibi sorulara cevap arayan bu makalede, Anayasa’nın sorunlu maddelerinden biri olan “Eğitim Hakkı” ve “Din Eğitimi”ni konu edinen maddeler gerçeklik, tarihsellik, eğitim felsefesi, eğitimin insan modeli, toplumsal dizayn ve ideolojiler konseptinde ele alınarak tartışılmaktadır.

    Abstract

    The fact that the educational mentality and practices are among the leading instruments serving to the legitimacy of political power and ideologies in our country, points out some fundamental problems that have to be considered. What is the purpose of producing knowledge in education? What kind of a model will this knowledge produce in the context of universe and man? What sort of a society is being envisioned? What should be the role of state in education and to what extent? While we try to seek answers for the questions above, we also investigate and discuss the controversial articles in the constitution concerning “the right of education” and “religious education” in the contexts of reality, historicity, educational philosophy, model man in education, societal design and ideologies.
